
What is this about?
This is an attempt at a training which kind of reverses the Focus of most trainings. Instead of Focus on the load in order to become better at a (physical or mental) skill, we focus on how to enjoy the act of training it. And become better at enjoying it. And take this enjoyment as starting point to increase the load.
The core method of the training is getting to know our own reactions to challenging situations.
To create a safe frame to explore these situations with curiosity instead of avoiding them with fear.
